About
New songs pop up in my mind with little respect for genre or style. Expect plenty of stories, a few laughs and observations of this modern world. Bowie is my all time favourite artist, but there are many other influences; Floyd, Beatles and Harry Chapin to name a few.
LOVE ME TINDER
The upcoming album, Love Me Tinder, veers from folky blues to funk and acid rock. The songs paint portraits of real life in a modern world, while reflecting on the beauty and fragility of the human spirit. I was incredibly lucky to collaborate with many of the best musicians in my local area (the Rainbow Region of Northern New South Wales, Australia.) Together, we have created a rich musical texture which keeps to the highest possible standards, both in production and performance. Huge thanks to everyone involved.

THE MAGICAL GUITAR
My recently completed a novel, The Magical Guitar, is ready to publish. Anybody with contacts in the world of fiction who would like a sneak peek, please contact me. Below is a description of the story.
With echoes of Tim Winton’s Breath and The Kite Runner, this story has entranced readers from young adult right through to the Baby Boomer generation. The nimble, intricate plot traces the adventures of a troubled youth who strives to reset his life into a new and thrilling paradigm through his otherworldly connection to a stolen guitar. The journey sees him pass from alienation to popularity, but what to do when the author of the boy’s success also contains the seeds of his destruction? The story comes rooted in a deep sense of place, both in geography and culture. I can guarantee that the uplifting, but nail-biting climax will leave the reader guessing till the very last page.
